Key Points and Objectives:
The yellow team has 6 players positioned on the outside of the grid and 3 inside the grid. The blue team has 4 players inside the grid. Start the game allowing all players two-touches. If the blue team wins the ball, they play 4v3 inside the grid, as the outside 6 blue players must stay on the outside. Once the inside 3 yellow players win the ball back, they can use the outside 6 yellow players to keep possession. As the group becomes more skilled, reduce the yellow teams touches to one-touch. Variations include outside players one-touch and inside payers two touch, all players one touch would be the highest level.
